This 90-day program has been designed for women who've been through narcissistic abuse and abusive relationships. It was created to guide you through a process that will help you break free from the toxic mentality to elevate and rebuild your sense of self. We'll be moving towards finding the self-love and confidence to OWN who you are while defining that new version of you. You will work through the issues that are affecting you and/or holding you back. Please fill this out if you are ready to take your life to the next level.
